Telia in Denmark has posted iPhone 3G rate plans.

Telia have only one single iPhone 3G rate plan. It is called iOn. The price is 599 Danish kr. per month (6 months contract) and includes 300 min. talk and only 300 MB data. 1 Danish kr is $0.21 or €0.13.

I a poll on this site, asking if people are going to buy a iPhone 3G at Telia, 60% have voted “no, its to expensive” or “no, the rate plan do not fit my needs”.

In the Danish iPhone community the discontent with the rate plan offered is huge. This has led to heavy debate and to the making of a website (vildmediphone.dk) where you can find a open letter (in danish) which can be mailed to Telia to tell them to change the included data from 300 MB to free date (10GB fair use).

Today Telia in Denmark har posted prices and rate plans for the iPhone 3G.

The price is 1.399 Danish kr for the 8GB version and 1.999 Danish kr for the 16Gb version. 1 Danish kr is $0.21 or €0.13.

Telia has introduced a speciel iPhone 3G rate plan called iOn. The plan comes with 300 min. voice and 300MB data included. The Business iOn is business only and prices are without Danish tax (25%).

In Denmark mobile operators are only allowed 6 month contracts.
