To unlock an iPhone from Telia you need to call customer service. They will ask for different information that you gave them, when you bought the phone. Telia will then, within 2-3 days, send some sort of code to iTunes and when you connect your iPhone to iTunes, the iPhone will then unlock.

Thanks! but i live in russia, and hove not not possible to contact the operator. Must find at least one ICCID of Telia or maybe some other operators!!

You can only use your own ICCID (which you can find on the link i gave you)

It is easy to contact Telia from Russia. Use this phone number 0045 26 26 26 26. It is for intertational calls. It is the only way to unlock it by the operator.

If you got anothers ICCID number it would unlock there iPhone and not yours.
